Taxilio LLC is located at 49 N Federal Hwy #128, Pompano Beach, FL 33062 USA, is a passenger data carrier and has appointed a Data Protection Officer (privacy@Taxilio.com).

The term "us" or "us" refers to the property of Taxilio app, Private Taxilio, a joint-stock company founded in the United States of America.


Privacy Notice for Passengers

1. Personal data process 
Name, phone number, e-mail address. 
Geolocation of passengers, time and travel destination. 
Payment information. 
Information on litigation. 
Date of identifying the device on which the Taxilio application was installed. 
2. Purpose of the process 
We will collect and process personal data to connect passengers with drivers to help them move around cities more efficiently. 
We will display geographic location and phone number from passengers to enable effective pick-up. Geolocation of data is collected only when the Taxilio application is enabled. Collection of geolocation date stops after Taxilio app closure. In some countries, drivers can see the passenger's phone number; the driver sees another temporary number that deviates from the passengers is the telephone number that allows the driver and the passenger to communicate. 
We can use the geo-location date to solve quality problems related to transport services. 
We will use your contact information to notify taxi drivers of the upgrade. 
We will collect the routes taken by the drivers and passengers to analyze the geographical coverage in order to provide recommendations for drivers on the most efficient routes. Your name, phone number and email address will be used for to communicate with you. 
We will get payment details for payment of payment for passengers for transport services. 
Customer assistance is collected on a case-by-case basis and stored for the purpose of settling disputes and the quality of problem services. 
3. Legal Issues 
Personal data is processed to provide services to passengers. We collect and process personal data transmitted by passengers in the course of installing and using a Taxilio application. The precondition for using the Taxilio service is for passengers to agree on the processing of identification data and geolocation data. 
Personal data may be processed for reasons of legitimate interest, for example in investigating and detecting fraudulent payments. 
4. Beneficiaries 
Passenger personal data is disclosed only to the driver who has activated the Taxilio application; in this case, the driver will see the name, the phone number (in some countries the number is masked) and the date of the passengers' geolocation. 
After providing the transport services, the name and phone number (in some countries the number is masked) of passengers will remain visible to the driver for 24 hours. This is necessary for drivers to solve any problem associated with the provision of services, for example, to contact passengers if something has been left behind the vehicle. 
Passenger feedback on service quality is anonymous and drivers do not receive names and phone numbers for passengers that condition the rating and feedback. 
Depending on the location of the passengers, personal data may be disclosed by Taxilio's group of companies and partners (localities of subsidiaries, representatives, subsidiaries, agencies, etc.). The processing of personal data by Taxilio Group of Companies and Partners will take place under the same conditions as set out in this Privacy Policy. 
5. Security and access

Any personal data collected during the provision of the services are transferred and stored in the data centers of Zone Media Ltd. and / or Amazon Web Services, Inc., located in US territories. Only authorized personnel of Taxilio companies and their partners have access to personal data and can only access data for the purpose of handling service usage issues (including disputes over transport services). 
Geolocation data is processed in anonymous and personalized form only if geographical location data is required to be linked to a passenger to resolve disputes or fraud. 
For research and scientific purposes, the data are used in unidentified (anonymous) 
6. Access and Correction 
You can access and update your personal data via Taxilio. 
7. Retention 
Your personal data will be stored as long as you have an active passenger account. If your account is closed, personal data will be deleted (in accordance with the policies set out in this section) from the databases, unless such data is kept for accounting, dispute resolution or fraud prevention.
Financial data on transport services offered to passengers will be kept for 3 years after the last trip. 
The data required for accounting purposes will be kept for 7 years after the last trip. 
If there are suspected offenses, fraud or false information has been provided, the data will be retained for 10 years. 
In the case of payment disputes, the data will be retained until the claim is met or expiration of these claims. 
Trip history data will be stored for 3 years, after which data will be anonymous. 
Please note that uninstalling Taxilio on your device does not delete your personal data. 
If the Taxilio application has not been used for 3 years, we'll let you know and we'll ask you to confirm that your account is still active. If no response is received, the account will be closed and the personal data will be deleted, unless this data has to be stored for accounting, dispute resolution or fraud prevention purposes. 
8. Delete 
Also, please note that any request for deletion of your personal data is only possible if we delete your account. As a result, you will not be able to use the Taxilio application through an account that has been deleted. 
We respond to any request to delete personal data sent by e-mail within one month and specify the period for data deletion. 
9. Portability 
We will respond to any personal data transfer requests sent by e-mail within one month and specify when the data transfer will take place. After reviewing the customer in question, we will provide you with personal information, including: contact information, history of the last 3 years of travel, and payment information. 
10. Direct marketing 
We will only use your email address and / or phone number to send direct marketing messages if you have been given permission to do so via Taxilio.com or via Taxilio. We can customize your marketing messages directly using information about how you use Taxilio services (usage frequency, travel, payments). 
If you no longer want to receive direct marketing messages, click the "Unsubscribe" link in the footer of the email address or Taxilio profile section. 
11. Dispute resolution 
Personal data processing disputes are resolved by customer support (info@Taxilio.com) or by contacting Data Protection Officer Taxilio (privacy@Taxilio.com).

Privacy Notice for Drivers 
1. Personal data process 
Name, e-mail address, phone number, place of residence. 
Geolocation of driving and driving routes. 
Vehicle information (including registration number). 
Driver efficiency and opinions. 
Driving license, photograph, profession and identity papers. 
Data on criminal convictions and offenses. Financial data on the provision of transport services are not considered to be personal data, because drivers provide ongoing services, economic and professional activities. 
2. Purposes of processing 
We will collect and process personal data to connect passengers with drivers to help them move around cities more efficiently. 
Geolocation and driving routes are processed for geographic analysis of the area and provide suggestions for drivers. If you do not want to disclose passenger geolocation, you must close the Taxilio application or point to the Taxilio application you are offline and you are not currently providing transportation services. 
Driving licenses, professions, identity papers and criminal convictions and contraventions are processed to determine compliance with legal requirements and the opportunity to pursue a profession as a driver. 
The Taxilio application displays the driver photo, the names and details of passenger vehicles for driver and vehicle identification. 
You will receive a summary from the Taxilio Driver Portal, which will include efficiency and opinions as a driver. Summary and driver opinions are needed to provide reliable passenger services. 
3. Legal basis 
Personal data is processed to complete the contract with the driver. Prerequisite for use of Taxilio processing services for identification and geolocation data. 
Personal data may be processed for legitimate reasons in investigating and detecting fraudulent payments. 
The date on criminal convictions and offenses is processed for compliance with a legal obligation. 
4. Beneficiaries 
Your personal data is only disclosed to passengers, an order has been accepted by you. Passengers will see the name of the driver, vehicle, phone number, photos and date of geolocation. Passengers also see permissions on receiving personal data. 
Depending on the location of the driver, personal data may be disclosed to Taxilio local branches, representatives, subsidiaries, agencies, etc.). The processing of personal data will take place under the same conditions as those set out in this privacy policy. 
5. Security and access 
Any personal data collected as part of the service delivery is transferred and stored in the data center of Amazon Web Services, Inc., which is located in the United States of America. Only authorized Taxilio company employees and partners have access to personal data and can access data only to resolve service-related issues (including disputes over transport services). 
The Taxilio group of companies and partners can access their personal data to the extent necessary to assist customers in that country. 
6. Processing of personal data passengers 
You can not process passenger data without our permission. You can not contact any Passenger or collect, record, store, permit, access, use or cross-border use of personal data provided by Passengers or accessible through the Taxilio Application for any reason other than for the purpose of performing Transport . 
You must comply with the Passenger Personal Data Processing Rules and Conditions set forth in the Passenger Confidential Notice. In the event of violation of Passenger Personal Data Processing requirements, we may terminate our management account and claim damages from you. 
7. Access, rectification, storage, deletion, and portability of Personal data can be viewed and corrected in the Taxilio Drivers Portal. 
Your personal data will be stored as long as you have an active driver account. If your account is closed, your personal data will be stored for an additional period of 3 years. 
The data required for accounting purposes are kept for 7 years. 
In case of suspicion of a program or a criminal offense, fraud or false information, the data will be stored for 10 years. 
In case of litigation, the data will be retained until the claim is satisfied or the expiry date of these claims. 
Do not reply to the request to delete and transfer your personal data sent by email within one month, and specify the period for data deletion and transfer.
